Title: A Delightful Surprise! Text: The breakfasts were unbelievably tasty, I couldn't resist going for seconds! And the free private parking was just the cherry on top. Oh, and let's not forget the "convenient" secure storage, I always feel so comfortable leaving my surfing gear there.not.

We had an amazing stay at Furzedon B&B. Jan and Jerry were such friendly hosts, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with an ensuite bathroom that was also of a very high standard. Jan's breakfasts were a true highlight, especially her cooked smoked haddock! We loved the attention to detail, from the homemade jams and bread to the fresh sweetpeas in our room. Jan's local knowledge was invaluable in planning our day trips. We can't recommend this hotel enough!
Can just recommend this hotel.

This place was amazing! the room was incredibly spacious and the en suite bathroom was lovely. the attention to detail by the hosts was superb. the bed was so comfortable, I had the best night's sleep in ages! One of the best things about this place was the local knowledge of the hosts. They were so helpful in recommending activities and places to visit. the location was also great, with a lovely pub just down the road for food and drinks. And the view of the beautiful pond from the room was an added bonus.
I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about this place. It was such a hidden gem and the hosts were the nicest people I've ever met running a B&B.

The room was incredibly spacious, with a lovely en suite bathroom that was beautifully appointed. The bed was also very comfortable, allowing me to have the best night's sleep I've had in ages. Additionally, Jan's local knowledge was invaluable in helping me plan my day trips. She provided excellent recommendations on where to go and what to do, making my stay even more enjoyable. We had a fantastic stay at this B&B! The house was beautifully designed and had its own private entrance, which gave us a sense of privacy. The views of the garden and surrounding countryside were absolutely lovely. The hosts, Jan and Jerry, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel right at home. Our double bedroom was spacious and well-equipped, with nice touches like fresh milk and homemade biscuits. The breakfast served in the atrium was a delight, especially the homemade bread and jam. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Tarka Trail and a charming pub just a short walk away.
While our stay at the B&B was generally great, there were a few minor issues. the pond could only be enjoyed by invading the privacy of the neighboring guest room, which was not ideal.

We had a fantastic stay at this B&B in the Hartland Peninsula area. The large modern room was spotlessly clean and had plenty of space. We loved the private access and patio, which offered a beautiful view of the pond. The homemade biscuits, fresh milk, and ground coffee provided were nice touches. Jan and Jerry, the hosts, were incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast they served was fabulous. The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was close to lots of beautiful scenery and places to visit.
Couldn't fault.

The rooms at Furzedon B&B are like a cozy haven in the countryside. With their soft cotton bed linen, it feels like sleeping on a cloud. And let's not forget about the flat-screen TV and the ensuite bathroom that adds that touch of modern convenience. It's the perfect retreat for nature lovers like me!
If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the showers in the bathrooms were a bit small. But hey, it's just my personal preference, and I'm sure others won't mind at all.

Lovely B&B with a light dining room serving delicious locally sourced breakfasts. Conveniently close to Great Torrington and has free parking. Secure storage for surfing and fishing gear, though sadly no space for my horse and carriage.
